Members with mobility concerns are eligible to participate in the YMCA’s Tai Ji QuanTM: Moving for Better Balance classes, offered both virtually or in-person. Members can join the 24-week program once per year

  1. Qualify and apply for Medicaid
    Before choosing WellSense for your New Hampshire Medicaid plan, you must first qualify for Medicaid, a program that helps people pay for their healthcare coverage. Apply for Medicaid on NH Easy today!

  2. Select the plan that is right for you
    If you don’t select a plan, you will be assigned to one - so why not choose? When selecting a plan, check to be sure your doctors are available, your prescriptions are covered and what types of extra benefits are offered.

  3. Enroll in a plan
    To enroll in a Medicaid plan,  visit NHEasy.NH.gov or call 1-844-ASK-DHHS.

*Members can earn a maximum of $250 in cash and non-cash goods and services each State fiscal year which runs from July 1 to June 30.
