Telehealth appointments, such as video calls, can be a convenient option for medical care without having to go into your doctor’s office. While a telehealth visit cannot always replace an in-person physical exam, it can be used for certain visits or follow-up care. Learn more about telehealth appointments.
What can you do if your doctor is not available?

- Chest pain
- Bleeding that won't stop
- Poisoning or drug overdose
- Mental health and/or substance use crisis

- You may request a hard copy of our provider directories by calling Member Service.
- Limitations and restrictions may apply. Benefits, formulary, pharmacy network and provider network may change on January 1 of each year. You will receive notice when necessary.
