OTC rewards card for healthy living

When you complete healthy activities, you'll get funds to buy everyday drugstore items that will help keep you in good health. 

After completing a healthy activity, you'll receive your OTC Rewards Card in the mail; please allow up to 30 days for processing. This card is for all members of your household and will be addressed to the member listed as the head of household or your parent/guardian. Keep your card – funds will be added as you complete activities!

Members can earn a maximum of $250 in cash and non-cash goods and services each State financial year which runs from July 1 to June 30.

Your card can be used to pay for qualifying items at the following stores:

  • CVS Pharmacy
  • Dollar General
  • Family Dollar
  • Hannaford
  • Rite Aid
  • Stop & Shop
  • Walgreens
    • You can use your OTC card online at walgreens.com. Please note that there will be a $5.99 shipping charge for orders under $35. 
  • Walmart

Dental kits*
  • Each WellSense member aged 4-65 is eligible to receive one dental kit every year.
  • Kits include a toothbrush, toothpaste, and floss ($2 value)

Receive a $50 reward for a yearly well visit for children ages 12-17, or a $50 reward for a lead screening for children ages 0-2.

Carseat
Car and booster seats*
Children on our plan can receive a car or booster seat  ($27-65 value) for each stage of growth from infancy to 8 years old. Request your car seat by calling Member Services up to 45 days prior to your due date.
Bike_Helmet
No-cost bicycle helmets*

Call Member Services to request your child’s bike helmet ($5 value). Please have the child's head size in inches when requesting. 

Extras for pregnancy and postpartum

$10 reward for up to 10 prenatal visits*

Prenatal visits are an important part of a healthy pregnancy. Complete this form and have your doctor sign it during each of your visits to receive $10 per visit (up to $100).

Support_Services OTC_Card
$40 reward and a box of diapers for a postpartum visit*

Visit your doctor or midwife for a postpartum visit 1-12 weeks after giving birth. Must be a WellSense member at the time of the postpartum visit. ($60 value)*.

Pregnancy
Extra pregnancy benefits with Sunny Start
Sunny Start offers additional support to parents throughout the course of their pregnancy and postpartum period, such as childbirth class reimbursements, help getting breast pumps at no charge, and guidance on signing up for services like WIC.

Up to $100 back on fitness tracker

  • Receive a 50% reimbursement (up to $100) toward a fitness tracker of your choosing.
  • Please note that this cannot be combined with a health club reimbursement in the same calendar year.
Up to $100 back for WeightWatchers® subscription fees

*You must be a WellSense member for at least 3 months in a calendar year before requesting a fitness tracker, Weight Watchers®, or fitness club reimbursement. You may be reimbursed for a fitness tracker –OR– a gym membership in the same calendar year, but not both. Reimbursement forms are due by March 31 of the following year. Members can earn up to $250 in cash and non-cash goods and services each State fiscal year which runs from July 1 to June 30.
