Welcome to WellSense! Follow these steps to get the most out of your WellSense plan.

1.  Sign up for a WellSense member portal account

The member portal is where you can see what's covered, download your digital member ID card, track claims and log details about your doctor’s visits. To create an account, you’ll need the Member ID number from your WellSense Medicaid ID card.

2.  Schedule a visit with your doctor and earn up to $50 in rewards*

Schedule a visit with your primary care provider (PCP) for your no-cost yearly checkup. During your visit, your doctor will check your overall health, order tests if needed, and address any of your health concerns. If you don’t know who your PCP is, log into your member portal account or call us at 877-957-1300 (TTY: 711). You'll earn $25 after you complete your yearly check up and $25 for taking a health survey with your PCP. Learn more here.

3.  Check your medications

Your plan includes coverage for thousands of medications. See if your medications are on the list of covered drugs and what they cost. Some medications can be mailed to your home as part of our mail order pharmacy program and others are available at your provider's office as part of our medical drug program.

4.  Understand what's covered

Your health plan pays for certain covered services and provides preventive care, like yearly checkups at no cost to you. To see which services we cover, check your Member Handbook. 

In some cases your doctor may need to submit a prior authorization for us to approve a service before it will be covered.

5.  Earn OTC rewards

As a WellSense New Hampshire Medicaid member you can complete healthy actions to earn funds on an OTC rewards card.

6. Get help managing your health

Our care management program offers members with complex health needs personalized care management from a nurse or social worker. Complete a health survey and we'll contact you if we think you’d benefit from one of our programs.

*Members can earn a maximum of $250 in cash and non-cash goods and services each State fiscal year which runs from July 1 to June 30.
