Overview of COVID-19 At-Home Testing Kit Coverage

Each New Hampshire Medicaid member can now receive up to eight (8) COVID-19 at-home testing kits per month, at no cost to the member. Simply visit an in-network pharmacy and request your testing kits at the pharmacy counter. You do not need a prescription from a doctor. Please bring your NH Medicaid insurance card with you since proof of insurance may be required to receive your kits.

Note: If your health care provider orders COVID-19 at-home tests for you, up to 8 tests per month are covered under your pharmacy benefit.

At-home COVID-19 test kits bought at the main shopping counter will not process through your insurance benefit. To get test kits at no cost, you must request them at the pharmacy counter.
