This includes First Tier, Downstream and Related Entities (FDRs), Material Subcontractors or Subcontractors as defined by Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the Massachusetts Medicaid program (MassHealth), and the New Hampshire Medicaid program (NH DHHS).
