Clinical Didactics Series 2026: Crisis Intervention This continuing education program equips healthcare and community professionals with practical, life-saving skills to prevent, recognize, and respond during escalated situations. Participants will gain a clear understanding of areas of focus (self, environment, person of concern) and possible interventions. The presentation will provide relevant factors in assessing the level of urgency including identifying risk related statements, level of engagement, and available supports. Participants will learn key resources in the community and how to identify additional local supports as well as best practices for collaborating with resources/ organizations based on the level of urgency evaluated. |
