Renew your coverage

If you want to remain enrolled in your current New Hampshire Clarity plan for 2027, you do not need to take any action other than continuing to pay your premium.
If you receive financial assistance, make sure you update your marketplace application for an accurate view of what you’ll be paying for coverage in 2027. To update your information, log in to your WellSense member portal account and follow the steps outlined below for on-exchange members. If you are no longer eligible for subsidies, WellSense offers off-exchange plan options, including silver plans that are slightly less expensive than those sold on the marketplace.

Log in to your WellSense member portal account
On the Resources tab, click “Pay your premium”
Choose “Report a Change”
Follow the prompts to complete your enrollment application form and see your 2027 rate and subsidy information
Re-enroll in the same plan or select a new plan

Select "Actions", then "Renew Coverage"
