Introducing WellSense
Our name has changed, our commitment to you has not.
Boston Medical Center HealthNet Plan recently changed our name to WellSense Health Plan. Along with our name change, we’ve received a fresh makeover and a brand new logo. Although things look a little different around here, we are still the same company with the same ownership, the same great benefits and the same commitment to our members.
What this does this mean for me?
- If you are a member, your current plan and benefits will remain the same.
- Our website has been redesigned and reorganized. You will need to select your plan to find your information.
- Our name has changed on social media. Follow us to keep up to date on events and important updates.
- Our name change will be in transition for a while. You may still see some letters or materials from Boston Medical Center HealthNet Plan while we are finalizing our rebrand. Just know that we are all one company.
Your coverage is not changing
All that has changed is the name of your health plan. The benefits available on each plan remain the same. Our provider networks have not changed as a result of this rebrand. And when you call us, you will be talking to the same dedicated customer service team.
