Join a Member Advisory Council
WellSense and our provider partners are launching member advisory councils, and we want your input! This is a great opportunity to share your thoughts on healthcare and help improve services. Members will discuss important topics like:
- Preventive care practices
- Cultural awareness in healthcare
- Improving the member experience
- Identifying key health issues
- Health quality and equity goals
Meetings will be held a few times per year to give feedback and track progress. As a thank-you for participation, you will be eligible to receive gift cards for your attendance.
Join a council
Patient Family Advisory Councils (PFACs)
- Open to MassHealth members or their eligible family members.
- Provide direct feedback on how we can improve your healthcare.
- The deadline for applying is May 15, 2025.
Health Quality and Equity Committee (HQEC)
- Open to MassHealth enrollees, or family members/caretakers of MassHealth enrollees.
- Play an important role in identifying key health issues, sharing good ideas, and tracking how we are doing with health quality and equity goals.
- The deadline for applying is May 15, 2025.
