Prescriptions by Mail

You can have medications that you take on a regular basis (called maintenance drugs) sent to your home, so you don’t have to go to the pharmacy every time you need a refill. In some cases, you can get a 90-day supply of medication with each refill.

What drugs can I refill by mail?

Our program covers maintenance medications that:

  • You take regularly for conditions such as diabetes, asthma, high cholesterol and high blood pressure
  • Are covered under your benefit plan
  • You have already filled two times in the past 90 days at a retail pharmacy

Check the online Drug List or call us to see if your medications qualify.

 

How Do I Enroll?

Call our preferred mail order pharmacy, Cornerstone Health Solutions, at 844-319-7588.

Make sure you have the following information:

  • Your WellSense ID card
  • The name of the medication
  • The prescribing doctor’s name and phone number or current pharmacy’s phone number
  • The address to which you want your mediations sent
