Listening carefully, solving problems, and making people feel heard — that's the core of the job, and it's also one of the most reliable paths to grow within the company.

Use the tools and resources available at your fingertips to answer questions accurately and handle each call with empathy that builds trust.

Respond to inbound calls from members and providers on a wide range of topics, some quick and some more involved. Every day looks a little different.
