Water Rules to Keep You Cool  

  • Don’t wait until you’re thirsty – drink fluids BEFORE, DURING and AFTER you exercise 
  • Beat the heat with small sips of cold, clean water  
  • Add a little flavor, like juice or fruit, to your water to get you to drink more  
  • Cut back on the caffeine 
  • Don’t feast in high heat – try eating smaller meals throughout the day
